How We Back You Up

New Bikes

When you buy a new bike from Bikeland we back you up long after the day you take it home. 

After initial assembly your bike received a detailed check over from one of our senior mechanics.  In about a month we want to see it again for another detailed check over after "breaking in".  Beyond that our free extended warranty covers labour charges for one year on all normal wear and tear.  This covers things like gear and brake adjustments, wheel truing, bearing adjustments, and even flat tires (including tubes!).  Your new bike is also covered by a manufacturer's frame warranty (check your owner's manual) and a parts warranty (usually one year).  Be sure to register your new bike here. 

Even though it's your bike now, we still think of it as ours!     

Used Bikes

We guarantee the parts and workmanship of all our rebuilt used bikes for one year.  No warranty on bikes sold as is.

Repairs

We guarantee the workmanship on all our repairs indefinitely.  Repair parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
